Full-Page Print Ad for a Smart Lock

A product advertisement created for several industry publications. I designed both the creative and copy, completing the final piece in InDesign.

B2B One Sheet

A B2B one-sheet I wrote to pitch and educate our OEMs on the B2B products we offered. A coworker’s information was redacted from these two sheets.

Event Panel Display Set-Up Guide

A guide I wrote to live alongside our boat show display, so anyone who needed help during setup had a reference on hand. I handled the writing; a designer finalized the visuals. Log-in information was redacted.

B2B Marketing Toolkit

A B2B guide I created and wrote covering everything marketing for our company. Since we sold both B2B and B2C, I felt it was important to give our B2B partners a toolkit they could lean on when they began marketing our product to their own customers.

B2C CRM Campaign Copy

B2C campaign copy built on storytelling rather than fact-telling, painting a picture of why the product mattered rather than simply listing what it did. This was my highest-performing campaign, thanks to a shift in tone and voice I identified earlier in the year; proof that my instinct for how to message the product to consumers was right.

LinkedIn Posts

LinkedIn posts I wrote for a university day, where we brought in a hundred college seniors and recent graduates to tour the office, meet the various teams, and network and interview for open roles. These were published on Yamaha’s LinkedIn page.

Event Kiosk Set-Up Guide

A guide I wrote to accompany our smaller kiosk display, giving anyone setting it up an easy reference to follow.

B2B Presentation

A B2B presentation I built to outline what our marketing tool did and how OEMs could take advantage of it. The platform was custom, pushing messages both in-app and over email, and comparable to tools like HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Internal URLs and screenshots containing proprietary information were redacted from these slides.

B2C Lifecycle Campaign Copy

Customer messaging and journey content for our new app. I created the message content and triggers, while our app developer handled implementation; I went on to manage all marketing around the app. The developer’s name was redacted from the slides.

Ghost-Written Announcement Letter

An announcement letter I ghost-wrote to introduce the new toolkit. Coworker information was redacted from this document.

Print Mail Activation Campaign

A letter from a semi-automated campaign that triggered when a customer received a boat with a pre-installed unit. It educated them on the product, explained the benefits, and pointed them toward account activation. The final version was branded with the customer’s boat logo and included a custom-generated QR code for tracking.

The work you can’t see.

Not everything I’ve worked on can be shared publicly. The documents described here contained confidential information, so I’m unable to display the originals. Since I have hands-on experience creating and writing each one, I felt it was important to call them out. Consider this a behind-the-scenes look at the rest of my work.
